The Design Summit ("we," "us") is operated by CoFi Labs Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or registering for the summit, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, and company or role when you join the waitlist, register for the summit, apply to speak, or contact us.
Payment information: when you buy a ticket, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the site (pages visited, device, approximate location) collected through standard web tools and the Meta pixel.

How we use your information

To deliver the summit and send you join details, schedule updates, and recordings.
To process ticket purchases and send receipts or invoices.
To send event news, future events, and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve our marketing, and to operate and improve the site.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the event, including Stripe (payments), Beehiiv (email), Zoom (the live event), Formspree (form submissions), Cloudflare (hosting), and Meta (advertising and the pixel). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel, for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. To make a request, email us at hi@joincofi.com.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
